Hi, I'm Paula-Maria
I’m a certified Somatic Coach and licensed Psychosocial Counsellor (Dipl. Lebens- und Sozialberaterin) with an academic background in Psychology, Ethics & Business (MSc).
My own journey took me from completing my postgraduate degree at a top UK university to the corporate world in London.
Yet despite external success and great friends, I felt a deep, persistent craving for true connection. It wasn't until a six-month turning point in India - immersing myself in somatics & modern mysticism - that I finally reconnected with my body and unlocked the authentic, deep connection I had been longing for.
To myself, to life and to other like-minded people and eventually to romantic love.
That shift led to years of expanding my wisdom across continents, eventually dedicating three years to training in psychosocial counselling in my hometown of Vienna, Austria.
Through Rise Into Love™, I bring together both worlds: inner work and deep somatic embodiment.
