I’m a certified Coach and licensed Psychosocial Consultant (Dipl. Lebens- und Sozialberater) with a background in Business and Psychology, helping individuals achieve transformation through coaching and mentoring.

My mission is to guide individuals through life’s emotional challenges with presence, empathy, and professional integrity, creating a safe space where clarity arises, resilience grows, and meaningful transformation becomes possible.

My own journey took me from the corporate world in London, UK, to a six-month immersion in India, where I deepened my studies in mindfulness, spirituality, and yoga. I later trained in somatic-centered coaching and psychosocial consulting in my hometown of Vienna, Austria.
