Hi, I'm Paula-Maria
I’m a certified Coach and licensed Psychosocial Consultant (Dipl. Lebens- und Sozialberaterin) with a background in Business and Management, helping individuals achieve transformation through Business mentoring, Vision coaching and deep inner work.
My own journey took me from completing my postgraduate degree at a top UK university to the corporate world in London, then to six months in India deepening my studies in mindfulness, modern mysticism, and yoga. This was followed by years of learning and growing across many continents, expanding my wisdom in personal development, as well as studying somatic-centered coaching and psychosocial consulting in my hometown of Vienna, Austria.
I am bringing together both worlds: the business and the deep inner personal work.
